Experienced in maintaining a varied range of sports turf surfaces, with 13 years working on various golf courses.
After leaving the golf course world I started Lawn Doctor with the aim for domestic lawns.
It was not long after starting I knew I wanted to incorporate fine turf back into my work so started to look for Bowls Green work.
It was not long before I was maintaining three greens in my area and gaining a great reputation for bowls green maintenance.
Then I was asked to become the Essex County Greens Advisor. A service supplied by Bowls England to help improve the surfaces in the country.
I now maintain 4 greens full time and carryout end of season renovations to many other clubs in Essex, Herts and East London.
I can be very flexible with my services as I realise numbers of Bowls clubs and players are deteriorating and so to there funds.
Here are list of currant services I can offer;
Regular advisory visits. (normally suited to clubs with plenty of labour themselves but no real knowledge)
Carry out tasks only qualified personnel can do, for example spraying chemicals.
Carry out all the maintenance to the green except cutting. Which will be left to one or two persons in the club confident to carry this out.
Full Maintenance to include cutting providing hassle free maintenance.
